The cost for one of our therapist can vary depending on the event. We are typically $70 an hour with a 2 hour minimum, but do offer a cheaper full day event price at $280. This price can vary depending on location. Some athletes choose for us to travel with them for multiple days. In this case travel and stay must be covered as well.     Focus of event massage

The night before: Relaxing massage and stretches to promote good rest for the athlete. 

Pre Event: Performed the day of the event. Techniques and stretches to wake up the muscles for maximum performance.

Inter event: Performed in between events during the day to keep the muscles firing.

Post event: Mostly relaxing massage session to promote circulation and quick recover once the event is complete!
